FAST AND FREE SHIPPING

• FREE SHIPPING THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES.
• For orders above $1000, signatures are required to accept delivery.
• Sales TAX will be applied if the orders are within California State.
• A valid tracking number will be sent via email
• Currently, we’re not accepting international orders, please contact us if you want us to deliver other than the United States
• All orders confirmed before 1 PM PST(Pacific Standard Time) will be shipped out the SAME DAY
• Fast Next-Day shipping is available for additional shipping charges, please contact before you order.

Shipping Time

We use UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL Ground to ship tires that usually take 3-5 business days. Express shipping is available for small accessories that take 2 business days. Express delivery is also available for Saturday.

Cancellation Request Policy

Order cancellation requests can be accepted if the order has not been fulfilled yet. However, in some cases, your order is qualifies for cancellation if the order is not packed and the shipping labels are not created. Restocking fee will be charged in case of cancellation or return by customer.

Non-returnable items

All kind of wire / spoke wheel are  Non-returnable/Non exchangeable items  and Non Refundable.

Shipping and Damage Claims

If the item is damaged because of mishandling by shipper, please provide all the pictures of the damaged item to process the replacement of the item.
